LANDOCRACY
The Data Pledge

Your voice belongs to you. Not us.

We built Landocracy on the conviction that you should be able to put your voice on record without putting your privacy at risk.

“We acknowledge that land data is a public good. Your voice belongs on the record — not in a database someone else profits from.”

What We Collect

Only what's necessary. Nothing more.

ZIP code only
We collect ZIP code, not your full address. Your home is yours. We derive city, state, and district — nothing more.
Why you care
What draws you to conserved land and what concerns you most. This is the substance of the census — the why behind the number.
Aggregate data only
Only combined geographic totals go to partners — never individual records. No one sees your specific answers.
Your control
Update or remove your registration at any time through your My Voice page. Your data, your decision.
What We Will Never Do

These are absolute commitments.

Sell your data to anyone
Your name, email, and registration details will never be sold to any third party — commercial, political, or otherwise. This is non-negotiable.
Share with political campaigns or parties
Your information will never be provided to any political campaign, candidate committee, or party organization. Landocracy is nonpartisan infrastructure.
Use it for fundraising
We will never use your registration data to solicit donations — from you or on your behalf. Your voice is a record, not a donor lead.
Expose individual registrations
No individual voice record is shared with legislators, organizations, or the press. All external data is aggregated and anonymized. Minimum cohort thresholds prevent identification in low-density areas.
Your Control

Update or remove your voice anytime.

Your Landocracy registration is yours. You can update your motivations, concerns, or contact information at any time. You can remove your voice entirely — your entry will be deleted from the ground record within 24 hours.
