Data Pledge

Specific commitments.
Not vague promises.

This is what we commit to doing — and not doing — with your data. Plain language. No legal fog.

We will never sell your data.

Your name, email address, and response details will never be sold to any third party — commercial, political, or otherwise.

We will never share individual records.

No individual voice record is shared with legislators, organizations, or the public. All external data is aggregated and anonymized.

We will not use your data for advertising.

Your response is a public record, not an advertising signal. We do not use your data for behavioral targeting, retargeting, or any commercial ad purpose.

We will not use your email for unrelated communication.

You will receive: a confirmation email when you register, one follow-up email about what happens with your voice, and one optional preference email. That is it, unless you request otherwise.

You can delete your voice at any time.

Email delete@landocracy.org from the address you used to register. We will remove your record within 7 business days and send confirmation.

We will not share data with political campaigns.

Your information will never be provided to any political campaign, candidate committee, or party organization.

We will publish methodology and aggregation rules.

How we collect, verify, geocode, and aggregate data is published at /methodology. We will update it if our methods change.

We will maintain minimum cohort thresholds.

We will not publish any geographic breakdown with fewer than 50 voices. This prevents identification of individuals in low-density areas.

This data pledge applies to all voices registered through Landocracy.org. Questions, concerns, or deletion requests: privacy@landocracy.org. See also: Methodology.
